CSV Setup can include removing obvious errors, cleaning inconsistent wording, checking missing required fields, making client references machine-safe, formatting dates consistently, mapping plain-English answers into the correct database fields and preparing the final import-ready CSV file.

A good setup file
Use the same spelling for brand and seller names throughout, use one row per product/code/record, keep batch references consistent, tell us which fields should be public, and never put private PINs into public display fields.
